Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 4 cup (remove)Red Potato, 400 grams (remove)Shan mutton mix, 1 serving (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)Eggplant, fresh, 1 cup, cubes (remove)*Lamb, Ground, 35 oz (remove)Peas and carrots, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.25 cup kernels (remove)
Directions
stick it all in a pot separate to tice. cook rice till 3/4 done, transfer to a new pot - put a layer of rice, then meat and veges, then rice on top. cover with lid and cook for another 30 mins until rice is fully cooked.
