Ingredients
Ingredients:93% Lean Ground Beef, 20 oz (remove)*Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove)Milk, 3.25%, .5 cup (remove)*Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup (remove)Tomatoes (stewed), 1.5 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 4 large (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
Directions
mix beef, fish sauce, bread crumbs, milk, and italian seasoning to taste, together and form into 18 meatballs. Saute in very large skillet until cooked through. While the meatballs are cooking add in chopped vegetables to cook with the meatballs. When veggies are tneder add in tomatoes and sauce. cook for another 10=15 minutes for flavors to meld. Serve over pasta.
