Waldorf Apple Salad

Ingredients
one each sweet red apple such as Gala or Fuji, Braeburnone granny smith or other tart green appletwo or three stalks of celery1+ cup of pecans, crushed1+ cup of raisins, soaked in hot water then drained1 block of cream cheeselemon juicemilk
Directions
Chop apples and celery into same size pieces, a little bit bigger than raisin-size

Place cream cheese and milk into a microwave safe bowl and soften. Add a healthy squeeze of lemon juice and a couple tablespoons full of milk. Mix until fluffy, adding more liquid until creamy but not runny.

Add all the ingredients, mix well and chill about an hour.

Keeps well, eats well and is very VERY good!
