Crock pot chicken & rice casserole

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup-regular or reduced fat1 1/3 cups water1 cup chicken broth3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice1/2 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp ground black pepper2 cups frozen peas & carrots or mixed vegetables4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves cut into cubes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in crock pot. cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours. Stir once. Makes 12 half cup servings.
