Ingredients
* Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes * Parsley, 1 cup * Onions, raw, 3 slice, thin * Basil, 5 leaves * Alfalfa sprouts, 0.25 cup * *capsicum, 25 gram(s) * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp * Tuna, Canned in Water, 95 grams * Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Combine onion, tuna, cayenne, vinegar and olive oil together add to the rest of salad ingredients then toss through :)
