Veggie Quiche

Ingredients
1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), or use cream of mushroom or celeryEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup Milk, nonfat, .25 cup Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (16 oz) Cheese, Sharp Cheddar, Shreds, Reduced Fat, Sargento (1 C)Pie Crust 9" Deep Dish1/4th t pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

In large bowl, whisk together soup, eggs, milk and 1/4th tsp pepper.

Stir in veggies & 1/2 of cheese.

Pour mixture into pie shell.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake until set, about 45-60 minutes.

Cool 20 minutes before serving.
