Ingredients
Directions
Ingredients:1 - Medium (Avg) Sweet Potato"tajin" Fruit & Vegetable Seasoning, to tastePam cooking spray, desired flavor / whatever's handyHardware:Cookie sheet or shallow pizza panPeelerKnife== (I got the "tajin" at Wal-Mart in produce dept. on one of those little shelf displays in front of & near end of the stand or shelving they put the produce on. Look hard where they put other seasonings, mixes, etc.)
Wash & peel sweet potato.
Cut into strips of desired size;
(bigger than fry, smaller than wedge cooks up better)
Spray cookie sheet / pan with cooking spray, 1.5-2 seconds.
Spread strips apart in single layer.
Spray strips with cooking spray, 1.5-2.5 seconds.
*enough to coat so seasoning will stick
Sprinkle with desired amount of tajin (or other seasoning of choice).
Place in center of middle rack in oven.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, depends on oven.
*Mine was 50 minutes (got distracted by Spark) and the smaller ones burned but really thick ones are very good. So, check often after 30 minutes (no checking needed until then) and most likely no more than 45 minutes
Enjoy! They are absolutely, delish!!
**Makes 1 serving (2 if you have a small appetite).
