Directions
Quinoa, 1 cup dried1 small Onion, dicedOlive Oil, 2 TBSLentils, 15 oz can, drained and rinsed
Cook the Quninoa according to directions. Saute diced onion in the olive oil until tender. Add quinoa and lentils to onions. Stir and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.

I do not know how to cook Quinoa according to directions, mine came from the bulk foods section (which is mostly directionless). Do you just boil it like couscous? I have everything else needed to make this..just am missing the quinoa piece.....Thanks! - 2/17/10

I also got mine in bluk so I know how you feel. :) I looked it up online and it said 2 cups water, 1 cup Quinoa. Put them both in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover and lower temp to a simmer and cook for 15 min. I think this would be good with tomatos! Dare I say, BETTER with them. :)
