Ingredients
16 oz. Turkey Cutlet2 slices whole wheat bread or bread crumbs1 egg white1 tsp. italian seasoning1/2 tsp. garlic salt1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. If using bread slices, mix in food processor until they turn to crumbs. Mix in seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Beat egg whites. Roll turkey cutlet in egg whites and then in bread crumb mixture. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Make's 4-4 oz. servings.

    Great recipe! Really easy. Only had one piece of bread, so I used some pita chips. Also I dumped all the breading stuff I had left after dipping the cutlets over the top of them in the pan (with foil). Wish there was a way for the breading to not stick to the foil. Maybe shouldn't grease foil? Yumm! - 8/27/10
