1/2 cup of Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal1 scoop of Designer Whey Protein (Chocolate)Truvia Natural Sweetener (3 packets)1 cup of 1% Milk
Put half cup of oatmeal and one cup of milk in pan. Heat on medium. Stir constantly. When oatmeal is thick turn off heat and add Designer Whey Protein and Truvia. This serves one person.
