One Medium Banana1/2 C Lowfat Plain Yogurt1 Packet sugar free hot cocoa mix2 heaping Tablespoons Fresh Peanut Butter1 C of Almond Vanilla milk (Pacific)
Put it all in a blender or smoothie maker and give it a whirl for about a minute. You can add some ice to make it colder.
