Fresh Pico de Gallo Salsa

Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes, chopped, use juice1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced3/4 cup onion, chopped (sweet onion)1 tsp minced jalapeno (fresh, w/out seeds)1/2 of a lime, juice squeezed1/2 cup cilantro, chopped3-4 dashes of black pepper4 or more dashes of salt, to taste
Directions
Chop tomatoes and place in bowl. Salt and pepper the tomatoes. Chop onion, add to tomatotes. Add garlic and jalapeno. Squeeze lime juice over all. Add cilantro. Mix all and let set to blend flavors.

Serves 4-6
