Brocolli Salad

Ingredients
12 cups Brocolli (about 2 bushels)1/2 container of fat free sour cream4 tsp for Splenda Sugar blend for Baking (may use regular Splenda to lower calories more)2 tbsp of vinegar10 slices of turkey bacon cooked crisp and crumbled1/2 cup sliced almonds (may use sunflowers also)1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
Cut brocolli florets and place in a bowl. Crumble cooked bacon over brocolli florets and add almond slices or sunflower seeds. In a small bowl mix sour cream, sugar and vinegar, add milk until it is to the consistency you like. Then drizzle sour cream mixture over the brocolli mixture and mix. Best if sits a little before serving, best if made the night before. You can vary the sweetness of the mixture by adding or reducing the sugar and/or adding more vinegar. You may not need to use the whole 1/4 cup skim milk either.
