Tangy Slaw

Ingredients
1 Bag prepared slaw mix or 1/2 lb slaw mix from the produce section of a grocery store (OR 1 head cabbage chopped/ shredded and shreded carrots mixed)1/4 Cup Canola Mayonnaise1/4 Cup Gourmet/ Stone Ground Mustard
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. What you get is a tangy coleslaw with less mayo and more zip than traditional slaws. Makes 6 1/3-cup servings.
