Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Milk, 1%, .75 cup *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp *Kosher Salt, 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Directions
In one bowl mix wet ingredients
In another mix all dry
Add dry to wet and mix well

I used a Belgium waffle iron so it makes huge waffles. If using a reg waffle iron they will be lower in calories and you should get more waffles:)
