Ingredients
White whole wheat flour ( King Arthur)agave nectar dark brown sugarunsalted butter egg whitesbaking sodavanillachocolate chipswalnutsvaniilaacacia fiber
Directions
COMBINE flour, salt, fiber, and baking soda in small bowl. Beat softened butter, brown sugar, agave and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add egg whites one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture on low. Stir in chips and nuts with wooden spoon. Refrigerate for an hour if possible before rolling into 1 inch balls onto ungreased baking sheets. BAKE in preheated 375-degree oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
