1.25 lbs ground turkey/ 93% lean4 tsp olive oil4 cloves garlic, minced1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped green/red bell peppers3- 15 oz can crushed tomatoes2 tbsp chili powderred pepper flakes to taste2- 15 oz cans beans, pinto/kidney
Brown meat, drain. In separate frying pan add oil, garlic, and all veggies and saute until the onion is translucent and other veggies are getting soft. Add vegetables to meat, add tomatoes and spices, turn up the heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add beans and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
