100% Pure Vegetable Oil - Aldi's, 1.5 tbsp Onions, raw, 125 grams (chopped large chuncks)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 125 grams (chopped large squares)Carrots, raw, 525 grams (chopped large circles)Beef Cube - Knorr - 1 cube = 10grams, 20 gramSalt - Iodized Sea Salt, 0.25 tspAmoy dark Soy Sauce, 4 tspBeef stock, home-prepared, 0.25 cupWater, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
Heat Wok till very hot. Add oil and swirl it around the wok - spread evenly in wok. Add Onions, green pepper and carrots (in order). Stir quickly, mixed vegetable together. Add beef cubes, stir. Add water, stir. Add beef stock, stir. Add garlic, stir. Let cook for 3 mins. Add salt. Cover to cook on high for another 3 mins. Add soy sauce. Reduce heat and cover to simmer for 5 mins. Turn off heat and serve.
