Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey breast1 cup finely chopped red onion, rinsed1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper1 large egg white3 tbsp teriyaki sauce1-2 tsp jerk seasoning (to taste)Salt and pepperCanola oil cooking spray
Directions
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, pepper, egg white, watercress, teriyaki sauce, and jerk seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well blended. Form the turkey mixture into 6 equal patties.

Heat a non-stick griddle or large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray twice lightly with canola oil cooking spray. Place each patty on griddle, in batches if necessary, and cook for 3-5 mins on each side. The burgers should not be pink in the middle. (You can also do this on an outdoor grill - very yummy!)

I used Creole seasoning in place of jerk seasoning and no watercress. They were delicious! I also put the formed patties on a piece of foil and simply flipped the foil over to transfer the patties onto the grill since the raw patties were so sticky. It worked great. - 8/15/20
