Lighter than most Pancakes

Ingredients
Pam or other FF spray2 cup heart smart bisquick1 cup skim or 1% milk4 tsp sugar1 Tsbp Oil1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup egg substitute
Directions
Combne all ingredients, heat skillet or fry pan to medium heat( Spray pan)
Pour 1/4 cup of batter to form pancakes, when edges appear dry , flip and cook the other side about a minute. enjoy with syrup, powdered sugar or fresh fruit.
** I add the oil to the mix because I do not fry thesein oil or butter. When I lightly spray my electric skillet, and with 1 Tsb of oil inthe mix, the pancakes turn out beautifully!
