2 oz Gimme Lean Sausage Style1 Whole large egg2 Egg whites2 Tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa, Mild (or any other salsa)1 Mission 8" Low Carb soft Taco size tortilla (or any other tortilla)
Take a skillet and put temp on Med High. Put the 'sausage' in pan, it has enough oil to keep pan lubed. cook until browned. Add egg and two egg whites, cook until finished (scrambled with 'sausage'). Add 2 tbsp of salsa, cook until hot. When finished put into tortilla and eat. This makes 1 serving. I love this recipe 'cause it's low in calories, high in protein, and is very filling!
