COOK FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES . ADD TO A SMALL FRYING PAN WITH OLIVE OIL IN THE SMALL FRYING PAN. ADD VEGETABLES AND THEN BLEND ONE EGG WHITE AND ONE EGG. ADD MIXTURE TO PAN AND THEN SCRAMBLE. I EAT THIS FOR LUNCH AND MY DAUAGHTER EATS IT FOR HER BREAKFAST.
