Cheesy Beef Enchilada

1 pound ground beef1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese1 16 oz jar of salsa1 package flour tortillas
Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and salsa; mix well.Spread 1/2 cup of slasa on bottom of 9" x 13" baking dish. Spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture down the center of each tortilla; roll up. Place tortilas, seam-side down, in the baking dish. Top with the remaining salsa and cheese. Bake for 20 miutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
