Healthy Mexican Veggie and Beans

Ingredients
Veggie Protein Crumbles, 12 oz.1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added1 can Beans, Kidney, dark red 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste1 can 4.5 oz Green Chiles (Chopped)1 cup filtered Water
Directions
Thaw Veggie Crumbles (if frozen). Spray skillet with Pam; select medium heat. Put the veggie crumbles in skillet, followed quickly by rest of ingredients, except water. Bring to a simmer. Add water and set on low for 1 hour.

Serve on Whole Wheat Bun.
