Nan's version of Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
2 cups drained mashed black beans1/4 cup plain bread crumbs1/4 c. egg beaters1 tsp powdered garlic1 tsp chili powder.25 tsp salt and pepper each1 tbsp cayenne or less to taste1/4 scallions''spring onions or sweet chopped fine what ever is available
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and using 1/4 scooper to measure make 8 patties and refrigerate for an hour to let them firm up. Spray fry pan with fat free cooking spray and brown each side for 3 minutes.
