Beef stroganoff with whole wheat egg noodles

Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef, extra lean1 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup1 c. Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat, shredded 2 c. Water, tap3 c. Egg noodles, whole wheat broad - no yolk salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown the beef in a skillet and drain the fat. And the water and bring to a boil. Add the noodles, cover, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Stir a few times while the noodles are cooking.

When they are done, add the soup, cheese and spices. Stir while the cheese melts.

Serve!
