1 pound chicken breast (no skin)10 oz. vermicelli1 medium onion (chopped)8 tsp. Knorr chicken and tomato boullion3 Tbsp. Olive OilHot water
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
Cut chicken into small strips. Chop onion. Brown both in olive oil. When chicken is almost completely browned, add vermicelli and brown. Add enough hot water to barely cover. Add Knorr boullion and any other spices of choice (garlic, salt, pepper) to tast. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 10- 15 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. End product will be slightly "juicy" and thickens upon standing.
