1 loaf of italian bread cut in ten equal slices10 tsp kraft parmesan cheese grated3 table spoons crushed gralic1.5 cup of shedded mozzarella cheese10 Tbsp I can't believe its not butter lite
Mix 10 Tbsp. of ICBIN butter lite and 3 Tbsp of crushed garlic in a small bowl. After cutting the ends off the italian bread and then into 10 equal pieces, spread 1 Tbsp if the crushed garlic/butter mixture on one side of the bread slices. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of the grated parmesan cheese on each slice and then put 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese on top. Place on a broiler pan and broil about 4-5 mins. till the mozzoralle cheese is bubbly.
This makes 10 1/2 inch slices. (Does not include ends)
