Coconut Rice balls

Ingredients
Rice flour --- 200 gCoconut. Raw --- 1 cup (grated)Sugar ----- 100 g or 1/2 cupWater ----- 100gsalt -------- according to tastecardomom powder -- 1/4 tsp (optional)
Directions
Serving Size : makes 15-16 balls.

Prepare filling:
Take a thick non stick pan and put grated coconut and sugar together in it.
Put pan with coconut mixture on a medium flame and bring to boil by stiring continuously.
Add cardomom powder.
When the mixture starts leaving the vessal remove from heat and keep it aside to cool.

Now prepare daugh with rice flour to make balls:

Take water and salt in a bowl and boil just to make luke warm water.
Put the rice flour in a medium size bowl, add salted luke warm water to it and make a daugh.
Add little more water if required.
Make sure that daugh is not too soft.

Now take lime size portion from the daugh, spread it in your hand, put the coconut mixture in the center and cover from all sides and make soft and tight ball.
Prepare all balls till the daugh gets finished.

Now arrange all the balls in a steaming bowl cover with a lid and cook for approximately 15-20 min on medium flame.

Remove from heat and arrange the steamed balls in a plat and serve plain or sprinkle ghee or olive oil according to your choice.

You can also serve this with milk cream
