Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
1 C Skim Milk1/4 C Unsweetened Applesauce2 egg whites1/2 tsp Vanilla1 C Whole Wheat Flour! C Quick Cooking Oats1/3 C Sugar3 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg1/2 tsp Cinnamon1 C Raisins
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400.
Grease bottom of muffin tin, or line with paper cups

In large bowl, combine wet ingredients, stirring with a whisk.

In smaller bowl, combine dry ingredients, stirring with a whisk.

Add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until just moist.
Add raisins.
Pour by 1/4 c into prepared muffin tins.
Bake 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins
