Smoked turkey casserole

Ingredients
1 smoked turkey drumstickwater to cover2 cups instant brown rice2 cups turkey stock10 oz. frozen broccoli1 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cover turkey drumstick with water. Boil smoked turkey drumstick until meat comes off the bone easily. Remove meat from the bone and set aside. Save 2 cups of water that turkey drumstick was cooked in. Add 2 cups of instant brown rice to the saved water. Cook rice by package directions until done. Cook broccoli by package directions. Add broccoli and turkey and cheese to the cooked rice. Stir together.
