Ingredients
1 pound beef (ground chuck or leaner)1/4 cup egg sub1/2 cup quaker oats1/4 chili sauce or BBq sauce1 cup onion, chopped1/4 cup wheat branitalian season or any spices you like (to taste)
Directions
mix all ingredients together place in large bread pan, preferably with rack on bottom (to drain fat)

bake at 350 for 30 -40 minutes. can add some extra chili sauce or BBQ on top of loaf the last 10 minutes.
