Ingredients
8 Wasa Fiber Rye Crispbreads1/2 c All-Bran Cereal1 c flax seed meal1c dry roasted mixed nuts chopped fine6oz sugar free lite maple syrup
Directions
Mix all dry incredients together in a bowl, breaking up Wasa into small bits. Add syrup and mix, mix, mix. Spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300* for 20min, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and allow to cool the breaks up and store in air tight container.
