Spicy Taco Soup

1 16 oz can pinto beans1 16 oz can Ranch Style or Chili Beans1 8 oz can Ro-Tel1 16 oz can sweet corn1 8 oz can cut green beans24 oz light beer1 lb lean ground beef-can substitute ground turkey1 0.4 oz packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix1 packet taco seasoning
Brown and drain ground beef.
Drain and rinse pinto beans.
Strain corn and green beans.
Dump everything together in a pot. You can use more or less beer depending on how soupy you want the mixture.
Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
Let simmer for around 20 minutes.
Makes 8-10 healthy servings
