2lbs lean ground beef (drain off fat1 29oz can tomato sauce1 29 oz cankidney beans1 29 oz can pinto beans1 cup diced onion1 7 oz can diced green chilis(.5 cup)1 15 oz can diced tomatoes2 teaspoons cumin powder3 tablespoons chili powder1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt2 cups water
1. Brown beef drain fat
2. In large pot (this makes alot) combine beef and all other ingredients bring to a simmer over low heat stir every 15-20 minutes. Cook for 2-3 hours.
