Oven-Barbecued Beef

Ingredients
3 lb beef brisket or rump roast1 1/2 cup watermedium onion3 Tbls Worcestershire sauce2 Tbls cider vinegar or white wine vinegar1 Tbls chili powder1 tsp instant beef bouillon granules1/8 tsp ground red pepper2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup catsup2 Tbls brown sugar
Directions
Place beef in roasting pan. Mix all ingredients and pour over beef. Cover with lid or tin foil. Bake at 350 for 3 - 3 1/2 hours.
