Chicken Salad With Sour cream and Scallions

Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken breast2 med scallions chopped5 tbsp light mayonnaise3 tbsp sour creamAdobe seasoning
Directions
3 cups cooked chicken ( I like to hand shred mine )
Add in scallions, mayo, sour cream and adobe to taste
Mix well, refrigerate, and let set 1 hour
Makes 6 servings about 3/4 cup
