Ingredients
1 lbs. ground turkey1 Tbsp. chili powder, or chipotle chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 15 oz.tomato sauce 1 small can diced green chilis1 Cup salsa4 cups whole grain tortilla chips, (use round kind for scooping, if available)
Directions
Spray a large heavy skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Brown the meat over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks, drain the oil.

When the meat is about halfway cooked through, add the chili powder and garlic powder and continue cooking. When it is almost cooked through, with just a little pink remaining, stir in the tomato sauce and chillis and bring it to a low boil. Continue to simmer it for about 5 minutes.

top with fresh salsa

To serve it, use the chips to scoop up the meat mixture
