Ancient Harvest Red QuinoaEmeril All Natural Chicken Stock1 cup each, chopped: Onion, Carrots, Celery, Kale, Bell Pepper ( used 1 green and 1 red).Minced GarlicGinger People Ginger Wasabi Sauce
Add 1 box (1.75 cups) Red Quinoa and 4 cups Chicken Stock (I used Emeril Lagassi's fat free) in a 2 quart pot, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until liquid is absorbed. Chop all vegetables. Add 2 tbsp oil to Wok. Add raw, chopped vegetables and garlic. Stir and cook until vegetables are tender. Add cooked quinoa to vegetables in wok. Add Ginger Wasabi sauce and stir to mix thoroughly. I make this base, then divide and portion between storage containers so I can reheat it and add to the cooked protein(s) of my choice: egg, shrimp, chicken, salmon, pork, tofu - whatever.
