Thai Lettuce Wraps with Cilantro

Ingredients
20 ounces Lean ground turkey1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped1 tsp crushed red pepper3 tbsp fresh lime juice2 tbsp tamari sauce2 heads of romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
Saute ground turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5-10 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.

Add mint, cilantro and next 4 ingredients to turkey and stir until heated.

Spoon mixture in center of lettuce leaves, and roll up.
