Chai Latte Cake

• *Flour, white, 1 1/3 cup • Baking Powder, 2 tsp • Baking Soda, 1 tsp • Cardamom, ground, 1 tbsp • Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp • Pepper, black, 1 tsp • Olivio, Olivio Margarine, 1/2 cup• Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup, packed 4 black tea bags• Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Heat milk to under a boil and steep 4 black tea bags. Let sit with heat off for 10 minutes to cool. Add milk to mixture for an even cup. Add to sugar, margarine and beat until mixed (may look lumpy, that is okay). In a separate bowl blend the dry ingredients and then add in 3 batches to wet until incorporated. Pour into greased cake pan or muffin tin (fill muffin tins 3/4 for even or just under the brim for a rounded top). You can dust the top with powdered sugar and some more of the spices if you like.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
