Pulled Chicken Tortillia wraps

Ingredients
1 whole chicken roasted3 lg tomatoes10-15 sprigs cilantro1 med onion1 avocado2/3 cp half fat sour cream200 gr cheese
Directions
-Roast whole chicken (approx 1 hr at 350 degrees), then de-bone and 'pull' or pulse in chopper
-Chop tomatoes, onion, cilantro and mix together
-Remove pit and skin from avocado, then slice
-Grate cheese
-In large bowl mix chicken, tomato mixture, avocado and sour cream
-Arrange tortilla shells in a row to create an assembly line
-In equal portions add a dolop of mixture into the center of each tortilla
-Roll each tortilla encasing both ends into the center
-Arrange filled tortillas in baking dish and cover with cheese, bake at 350 until cheese is melted, then enjoy!
