Huevos Ranchero Wrap

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla1 Poached egg (or prepared any way you choose)1.5 slices of Turkey Bacon1 tbsp salsa1/4 cup diced peppers (whatever color, I like to mix mine)
Directions
I generally cook the bacon in a small pan without any oil and then use that pan to warm up the peppers. I also poach the egg, that way you don't have to add any unnecessary calories from oil or butter...

Layer the salsa, egg (chopped up), bacon and peppers on the tortilla and wrap it up...
