Ingredients
Curry Powder, 3 tablespoonsPerdue Chicken Tenders, diced, 2 lbs.Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk, 1 CanRoTel Tomato & Chilies, 2 CansFood Lion Whole Potato Canned, 2 CansA Taste of Thai - Red Curry Paste, 1 TBSPGarlic - per taste.
Directions
Cook chicken in large skillet using 0 calorie oil spray. After chicken is done. Add remaining ingredients and cook on high about 30 minutes until it has cooked down and become thicker.

Add more or less curry powder per taste.

Serve with Rice.
