Apple Crisp with Stevia

Ingredients
6 small organic Pink Lady apples, cored and sliced1 tsp cinnamon1 packet Stevia (a natural sweetner at your health store)2 Tbsp flourTopping:1 cup quick oats1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon1 packet Stevia2 Tbsp butter/canola mixture at refrigerator temperature
Directions
Mix first four ingredients and place into 9-inch baking dish.

In small bowl, mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Spinkle topping over the sliced apples.

Bake at 325 degrees F until apples are soft and topping is golden brown (about 30 minutes).
