Tami's famous salad

Ingredients
4 cups baby mixed greens1 cup grated carrot1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts3 tbsp balsamic vinegar6 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp honeysalt and pepper
Directions
Mix lettuce and carrots
For dressing: in a bowl whisk the vinegar, honey , salt and pepper. Slowly add the oil while whisking to create emulsion.
Toss the salad with th epeanuts and dressing right before serving.
