Stoganoff-Style Beef

Ingredients
6 oz boneless beef round steak4 oz light sour cream1 tbsp all-purpose flour1/2 tbsp tomato paste1 tsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp beef bouillon granules1/8 tsp dry thyme1/8 tsp dry mustard1/8 tsp black pepper1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 tbsp margarine2-1/2 tbsp water1 tbsp dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc)1 cup pasta, cooked
Directions
1. Partially Freeze meat. Trim fat from meat and thinly slice meat across he grain into bite size strips. Cook noodles according to Package.

2. In a small bowl stir together sour cream and flour. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire Sauce, Bouillon granules, thyme, dry, mustard, and pepper. Set aside.

3. In a large skillet cook mushrooms and onion in hot margarine until tender, remove from skillet.

4. Add beef to skillet. Cook 2-4 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet,

5. Add water and wine to skillet. Bring to boil, Stir in sour cream mixture. Return meat, mushrooms and onions to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more. Serve over noodles.
