Romaine lettuce salad with garlic roasted walnuts

Ingredients
2 cups Romaine lettuce, cut1/4 cup walnuts2 cloves minced garlic2 Tbsp Mayonnaise2 tbs lemon juice1 tsp sugarsalt and pepper
Directions
Wash and dry lettuce, cut to pieces in a salad bowl
In a hoe skillet, toast walnuts in 1 tbsp olive oil. Remove to a paper towle lined plate. when hot, toss with minced garlic.
Mix Mayonnaise, sugar salt and pepper in a small bowl , slowly add lemon juice until creamy.
Toss with walnuts and serve immediately
