Whole Wheat Penne with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Feta, Parmesan & Basil

Ingredients
8 oz Archer Farms Whole Wheat Penne Regate1/4 c Private Selection Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta1/4 c Argitoni Shredded Parmesan3 cloves garlic, minced60 grams (about 15 halves) Great Lakes Sun-dried tomatoes1/4 c Naturally Preferred Pine Nuts (all natural)2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped or 1 tsp dried basilSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. About 5 minutes before pasta is al dente, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add pine nuts and toast them, stirring often, about 2 minutes. Add olive oil and garlic. Toss tomatoes in with the boiling pasta for the final 2 minutes of cooking. Drain the pasta and add to the skillet. Toss in the cheeses, basil, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
