Sour Cream Chicken Taquito Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 Box Delimex Chicken Taquitos (25)1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.75 oz)1 Small tub Daisy Light Sour Cream (8 oz)1 Can Green Chilies (4 oz)1 Cup Colby & Jack shreaded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray 9x13 Casserole dish with non-stick spray (not in nutrition info)
Mix Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream, and Green Chilies until well blended.
Spread a light coat of sauce mix on bottom of dish.
Place taquitos in a single layer in the dish.
Cover taquitos with remaining sauce mix.
Cook uncovered for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over top and cook another 5 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.

    I was looking for something quick and easy for dinner. My family usually isn't a fan when I try something different. I had this done witin 25 minutes and my husband and daughter just about ate two pans. My daughter said she wants this every week and my husband bragged about it at work. Great Dish - 8/29/11
